It´s all about the people

Firefighting works exclusively in a collective way, and so the team spirit is deeply rooted in us. We are convinced that the skills of the individual come to bear above all in the team. The best results are, therefore, results when employees pool their skills and solve tasks together. That is why we pay special attention to the social competence of our employees. And that's why we cultivate an open and honest feedback culture across hierarchies.
